This time, we present the one-month post-operative results for a patient who underwent rhinoplasty (septal extension, tip reshaping, custom nasal prosthesis, and nasal bridge mesh removal) and forehead/temple fat grafting at our clinic.
She had previously had dissolvable mesh inserted into her nasal bridge at another clinic, but she desired a more defined nasal bridge and wanted to refine her upturned, short nasal tip.
The mesh was removed and replaced with a custom prosthesis.
Additionally, the nasal tip was extended diagonally downward using a nasal septum extension procedure employing auricular cartilage.
