前回までの記事では、クマ治療の本質は「ふくらみ」と「凹み」の両方にアプローチすること、そしてハムラ法のメリット・デメリットについて解説しました。

今回からは脂肪注入ついてお話していきます。

パート1では、脂肪注入とは何か？、コンデンスリッチファットとナノファットはどう違うのか？という根本の部分に焦点を当てます。

脂肪注入はクマ治療の中でもとても重要な治療選択肢ですが、その仕組みをしっかり理解している方は多くありません。

どんな脂肪を、どの層に、どのように入れるのか──。

これを知るだけで、脂肪注入が向いている人・向いていない人、ハムラ法との違いがとても分かりやすくなります。

■ 脂肪注入とは？

脂肪注入とは、太もも・お腹・腰・などから採取した脂肪を、クマの凹んだ部位に移植してボリュームを補う治療is.

凹みの主な原因は骨格的な落ち込みやボリューム不足であり、影を強く見せる一要因です。

そのため「ふくらみを取るだけ（脱脂）」では改善が不十分で、凹みを埋める治療が必要になります。

ただし、採取したままの脂肪は、血液 / 麻酔液 / 繊維質などの不純物を多く含み、そのまま注入すると生着率が低く、しこりのリスクも高くなります。

そこで不可欠になるのが コンデンスリッチファット（CRF）加工is.

■ コンデンスリッチファット（CRF）とは？

CRFとは、専用の機械で不純物を取り除き、生着率が高く、濃縮された“質の良い脂肪”だけを抽出したもののことを指します。

特徴は以下のとおりです。

• 繊維質や水分が少なく、しこりのリスクが低い

• 純度が高いため生着率が高い

• 凹みの“土台”をしっかり埋めるのに向いている

クマ治療では、主に凹みの底を補うための深い層に使用I will do so.

However,入れすぎるとしこりの原因になるため、適量を丁寧に、少しずつ注入することが重要です。

■ ナノファットとは？

ナノファットとは、コンデンス脂肪をさらに細かく乳化し、皮膚や眼輪筋のすぐ下の表層にも安全に注入できるようにした極細の脂肪is.

以下の特徴があります。

• 粒子が非常に細かく、表層に入れてもしこりになりにくい

• ヒアルロン酸では難しい薄い皮膚の直下にも注入できる

• 青クマの原因となる“皮膚の薄さ”を補い、色味を和らげる効果が期待できる

特に表層にヒアルロン酸を入れるとチンダル現象（青白く見える）が起きやすいゾーンですが、ナノファットならそのリスクなく改善できます。

ただし、ナノファットはさらに生着率が低く、色味改善を目的とする場合は2〜3回に分けて注入することがあります。

• 深い凹み → コンデンスでしっかり補う

• 表層の薄さや青み → ナノファットで質感を整える

• 不純物が残った脂肪は生着率が悪いので必ず加工が必要

• クマの凹みに対する治療として、脂肪注入は大事な選択肢の一つ
