前回の記事では、「脂肪注入とは何か？」「コンデンスリッチファットとナノファットはどう違うのか？」という根本の部分を解説しました。

■ 脂肪注入とは？

脂肪注入は、採取した脂肪を加工し、凹んだ部位に移植する治療です。

採取しただけの脂肪には不純物が多く、質の高いコンデンスリッチファット（CRF）へ加工することで生着率が高まります。

繊維質が減ってしこりのリスクが下がり、純度が高く、凹みを埋める“土台”として最適な脂肪へと変わります。

Furthermore,より細かい表層の調整にはナノファットを使用し、皮膚の薄さが原因の色味改善にも対応できます。

■ 脱脂だけでは凹みは改善できない → “脂肪注入の適応”

クマ治療でよくある誤解が、「脱脂すればクマが治る」という考え方です。

実際には、多くの人が「ふくらみ（眼窩脂肪）」と「凹み（tear trough〜mid-cheek groove）」、この両方の要素が原因としてあり、脱脂だけ行い、この凹みだけが残ると、Far from eliminating shadows, it actually accentuates the hollows, risking an aged appearance. There is.

そのため、凹みへのアプローチとして、

• 脱脂＋脂肪注入

• ハムラ法（脂肪移動）

• ハムラ法＋脂肪注入（必要に応じて）

こちらの組み合わせで手術を行うことが多いです。

■ 脂肪注入が特に向いているケース

① mid-cheek の下方まで凹みが続いている場合

前回のブログでも触れたように、ハムラ法で移動できる脂肪は tear trough から8〜10mm程度までis.

そのため、mid-cheek の下方まで凹みがある方は、脂肪注入が適応will become.

② 皮膚の薄さによる色味が強い場合

皮膚が薄いと、眼窩脂肪の色が透けて“青クマ”が強く見えます。

In this case,ハムラ法だけでは色味が改善しにくいTherefore,

表層にナノファットを補うことで皮膚の厚みを作り、色味を和らげます。

③ 顔全体のボリューム調整もしたい場合

脂肪注入を行う場合、クマだけでなく、

頬のこけ / 額の丸み / こめかみ / nasolabial folds

など複数の部位に同時に注入することができるため、お顔全体のバランスを整えることが可能です。

■ ハムラ法と脂肪注入は上手く使い分ける

ハムラ法の長所：

• 「膨らみ」と「凹み」同時にアプローチできる

• 術後、表情を変えても自然な仕上がり

• 再発予防（隔膜タイトニング）

脂肪注入の長所：

• mid-cheek の下方まで続く深い凹み

• 皮膚が薄さによる色味

• 顔全体のボリューム調整

このように、両者は長所が異なるため、“どちらが優れているか”ではなく、目的に応じて使い分けることが大事です。

■ まとめ：脂肪注入は“ハムラ法で届かない領域”を補う治療

• ハムラで改善できない深い凹み → 脂肪注入

• 皮膚の薄さによる色味 → ナノファット

• 脱脂だけでは凹みは改善しない →脱脂を行う場合は脂肪注入の併用が必要

• 顔全体のボリューム形成も可能
