The true value of Artemis Lift brought out by manual skills x knowledge
A thread lift is a procedure in which medical threads are inserted into the skin to lift sagging skin. Also called a thread lift, it is characterized by its ability to achieve a lifting effect without the use of a scalpel. There are several types of threads used in thread lifts, each with its own characteristics.
Artemis Lift is a thread lift that is known as the "fourth generation of threads" because of its high lasting and lifting power. Its special structure allows for long-lasting results while taking tissue damage into consideration.
However, the results of a thread lift may depend on the skill of the physician, and in some cases, the results may vary. Therefore, it is very important to have a high level of technical skill. At Bianca Clinic, our doctors undergo rigorous training to improve their skills and update their techniques daily at regular study sessions. The clinic also employs Dr. Sumi Minami, who is the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for Artemis Lift. She is well versed in the characteristics of the Artemis Lift and provides optimal lifting for each individual patient.

CHARACTERISTICSWhat is Artemis Lift?
Artemis Lift is a thread lift jointly developed by Korean and Japanese doctors. It is designed to fit the skeletal structure and aesthetic sensibilities of Asians, so natural-looking results can be expected. Bianca Clinic has introduced two types of Artemis Lift with different lengths.
PDO 3D mesh long
- Used for laugh lines, marionette lines, facial lines, under the chin, etc.
- Approaches deep sagging due to aging
PDO 3D mesh short
- Use on delicate areas such as cheeks, forehead, and around eyes
- Approaches fine lines and mild sagging
By combining short and long treatments, a wide range of approaches can be taken, from large sagging areas to fine wrinkles, aiming for a natural, three-dimensional lift-up. The type and number of treatments will be determined according to the patient's facial features and wishes, and the doctor will propose the best plan for the patient.
High lifting power is a characteristic of Artemis Lift.
Artemis Lift is a thread lift that uses threads with special pentagonal cogs (protrusions). Because the entire thread has a strong 3D mesh structure, it is said to have stronger lifting power and longer-lasting effects than conventional thread lifts.
<Differences from conventional yarns
In conventional thread lifts, a portion of the thread is processed like an incision to create a protrusion. Therefore, there was a risk of tissue damage due to friction during insertion. The Artemis Lift, on the other hand, has independent protrusions one by one. The surface of the protrusions is flat, which reduces the burden on the skin during thread insertion.
<Merits of the mesh structure
The Artemis Lift threads have a 3D mesh structure that is designed to hold the lifted position firmly in place. Furthermore, the threads can be cut in the middle without fraying, and unnecessary areas can be adjusted, resulting in less bumpiness during insertion.
Thus, the unique appeal of Artemis Lift is that it combines strong lifting effects and high lasting power, while being constructed in consideration of the burden on the skin.
Stimulation of the threads produces collagen and adds firmness and elasticity.
Artemis Lift is a procedure that can be expected to lift sagging skin, but it does not stop there. Collagen production is supported in the area around the insertion of the threads, which can also be expected to improve skin elasticity and firmness.
The threads used are slowly absorbed by the body. Although the physical lifting effect gradually fades, another major feature of Artemis Lift is that the skin's firmness and tightness become more noticeable over time due to the skin texture improvement effect caused by collagen production.
Benefits
MERITYou can feel the lifting effect immediately after the treatment.
Immediately after the treatment, you can feel a sensation of sagging skin being lifted and the face line is sharpened.
High lifting effect can be expected due to the special structure.
The special pentagonal independent cogs and strong mesh structure provide strong lifting power. A stable lifting effect can be expected.
Improvements in skin texture, such as firmness and radiance, can also be expected.
Collagen production is supported around the inserted threads. The skin becomes firmer and more luminous, leading to a more youthful appearance.

RECOMMENDED POINTSTailor-made proposals for thread lifts according to your concerns and ideals
There are various types of thread lifts, each with different structures and effects. Selecting the appropriate thread for your facial condition and desired result is the key to achieving your ideal result. In addition to the Artemis thread lift, Bianca Clinic offers the following types of thread lifts.
- BIANCA LIFTBianca Clinic's original threads, produced and imported in Korea.
- BIANCA LIFT WOriginal yarn with "bi-needle process" with needles at both ends of the yarn.
- tethrift: A special yarn developed by ZISHEL in Korea. It features a structure with a 3D mesh covering around the barbs (thorns).
We customize the type, length, and insertion method of threads to suit each patient's individual concerns and ideals to provide a highly satisfactory lift.
Relatively short downtime and easy return to daily life
Artemis Lift has a special pentagonal cog independent structure, which is designed to minimize friction and strain on the tissue during insertion. As a result, there is relatively little pain or tingling sensation after the procedure, and downtime such as swelling, pain, internal bleeding, and swelling is also relatively short, although it varies from person to person.
In addition, the procedure is simple, requiring only the insertion of threads, and scarring is barely noticeable, with minimal impact on daily life. The procedure is also appreciated by those who are considering a procedure that requires as little downtime as possible, since it can achieve a natural facial line while providing a high lifting power.
Widely used material yarn, also approved by FDA
The material used in Artemis Lift is PDO (polydioxanone). It is known as a material approved* by the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration), which plays the role of Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. Originally, it has a long history of use in the medical field, such as in surgical sutures, and is absorbed into the body in about one year. The use of a material that has been used in the medical field for many years is one of the features of Artemis Lift.
*FDA approval is for the material (PDO), not for the artemis lifts themselves.

Treatment Process
CONTENT OF TREATMENTPhysician's diagnosis and counseling
First, the patient's concerns and budget will be reviewed during the consultation, and the doctor will determine the indications for Artemis Lift. If you have any questions or concerns about the procedure, please feel free to contact us.
Face washing
Artemis Lift treatment is performed on clean skin with makeup removed. Before the treatment, the client is required to cleanse and wash his/her face in the powder room to remove dirt and oil from the skin.
Design Anesthesia
Prior to the procedure, after confirming the patient's concerns, bone structure, fleshiness, etc., we will propose the best treatment plan, including the type of thread to be used, the location to be inserted, and the number of threads to be used.
The doctor marks the face for the finished product. You will be asked to confirm the design yourself. Once the design is finalized, anesthesia will be administered and you will be prepared for the procedure.
Anesthesia can be local, relaxing, or intravenous, depending on the patient's preference.
treatment
After confirming that the anesthesia has taken effect, the threads are inserted along the markings. During the procedure, the threads are carefully threaded one by one while checking the effect. Finally, the threads are pulled out while holding the skin, and the procedure is completed when the threads are finely adjusted, disinfected, and the markings are erased.
The estimated treatment time is 20-30 minutes, depending on the type and number of threads to be inserted.
Aftercare
Facial cleansing and showering can be done on the day of the procedure, and makeup can be applied the following day. If you have any concerns after the procedure, please rest assured that we will take appropriate care of them.

Artemis Lift Frequently Asked Questions
Q&AHow long will Artemis Lift last?
Although it varies from person to person, the duration of Artemis Lift is generally one to two years.
What is the difference between Artemis Lift and other thread lifts?
Artemis Lift uses a special pentagonal cog and a 3D mesh structure, which makes it relatively easy to insert and can also be expected to reduce pain and downtime. It is also designed to meet the skeletal structure and needs of the Japanese, and is characterized by its high lifting and lasting power.
Can I feel the effects of Artemis Lift immediately after the treatment?
Yes, some people can feel the lifting effect of Artemis Lift immediately after the treatment.
Is the Artemis Lift procedure painful?
Because anesthesia is administered beforehand, there is little or no pain during the procedure.
What should I be aware of after the Artemis Lift procedure?
It is important to avoid irritation to the treated area for about a month after the procedure. Avoid facial massages, dental work, and perms or coloring that involve treatment near the hair area. In addition, avoiding activities that increase blood circulation, such as strenuous exercise, prolonged bathing or sauna, and alcohol consumption, will help prolong the effects of the procedure.
How many Artemis lifts should I put in?
The number of treatments varies depending on the consultation and the purpose of the procedure, but for Artemis lifting, 4 to 10 treatments are common.
What happens after the artemis lifts melt?
Artemis Lift is absorbed by the body over time. Even after absorption, collagen and elastin produced around the threads support the skin and maintain the lifting effect.
Which is better, thread lifts or HIFU?
The appropriate procedure depends on your concerns and skin condition, but thread lift is suitable for those who want an immediate lifting effect. On the other hand, HIF is good at tightening the skin and is suitable for those who want to focus on preventing sagging. We will suggest the best treatment for each individual, so please consult us at the consultation.
