If you have concerns like these under your eyes...
Please feel free to contact us.
- "Even though I'm getting plenty of sleep, people think I look tired."
- "The puffiness under my eyes has become more noticeable with each passing year."
- "It's not just the dark circles under my eyes—I'm also concerned about the hollows beneath them."
- "I'm wondering if degreasing alone is really enough."
Dark circles under the eyes aren't necessarily caused solely by excess fat. The contrast between bulges and hollows can cast shadows, making the area appear dark.

The Hamra Method
This is a surgical procedure to reposition and secure the fat under the eyes (orbital fat) into the hollows.
There are different types of bears.
- Black Bear
- It is caused by the shadow cast by the bulge of orbital fat.
- Purple Bear
- This occurs because the skin is thin, allowing the orbicularis oculi muscle and blood vessels to show through.
- Dark Circles Under the Eyes
- It is caused by pigmentation.
Sometimes, more than one type of bruise may overlap. The condition will be determined during the examination.
How to Deal with Fat
We remove excess fat while repositioning fat to fill in depressions.
This is a schematic diagram showing a cross-section under the eye. It does not represent the actual results or final appearance of the surgery.
