ご指名いただく患者様を対象に、
初回指名料を導入いたします。
Fees
■ 初回指名料（初診時のみ）
2,200円（税込）
■ 再診料
1,100円（税込）
※カウンセリングのみの場合も再診料が発生いたします。

5. Select your preferred physician
6. Select your preferred date and time
7. Entering Customer Information
If you are not yet a registered member, you must complete the new member registration (enter your customer information).
If you are already a registered member, please enter your registered email address and password.
8. Reservation Complete
