What is Ladyesse? A new injectable treatment that uses the power of CaHA to achieve both “plumpness” and “skin rejuvenation”
My journey into aesthetic medicine stems from a desire to help enrich and beautify lives beyond simply treating illness. My specialties include hyaluronic acid, Botox, and thread lifts. I provide treatments that enhance each individual's unique qualities and bring out an elegant, natural beauty. For concerns around the eyes that are difficult to improve with dermatology alone, I also perform surgical procedures. By integrating dermatology and surgery, I holistically balance the entire face. With three periods of overseas study, I am also able to provide consultations in English.

BIANCA CLINIC has recently added a new treatment option to its menu: “Radiesse.” In this post, I’ll briefly explain what the Radiesse treatment is like from a doctor’s perspective.
What Is Ladyesse? An injectable treatment formulated with CaHA that aims to provide “instant volume” and “collagen stimulation.”
Ladyesse is a dermal filler made from an ingredient called CaHA (calcium hydroxyapatite). One of its key features is that it provides immediate, noticeable volume right after injection while also supporting the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin over time.
In a nutshell, think of it as an injectable that aims to achieve both “instant plumpness” and “gradual results.”
CaHA is a component found in bones and teeth. It works by stimulating the cells that produce collagen.
Hyaluronic acid fillers, which have been widely used to date, are soft gels that are particularly effective at plumping up areas of concern and providing hydration.

On the other hand, Ladyesse is characterized by its slightly firm, creamy texture. It takes a different approach: while instantly adding volume, it also works to stimulate collagen production, which can lead to improvements in skin firmness and elasticity.
Focus on Radiesse’s Skin-Enhancing Effects Using the Hyperdilution Method
One approach we’re particularly focusing on at our clinic is the “Hyper-Dilution Method,” which involves injecting Radiesse after diluting it to a very low concentration.
Rather than simply creating contours as in the past, by injecting a diluted formulation into a wide area of the skin, it is possible to focus specifically on “skin rejuvenation (biostimulator),” which stimulates the production of collagen and elastin.
This injection technique is ideal for those who want to “restore their skin’s firmness and radiance” or are “concerned about unnatural swelling,” and it can also be effective for treating wrinkles on the sides of the neck, the décolletage, and the hands.
The hyperdilution method using diluted and highly diluted CaHA has been reported overseas for use on the face, neck, and décolletage.
Ladyesse is an injectable treatment designed to simultaneously address “volume restoration” and “collagen production.”
Ladyesse is a new type of injectable treatment that harnesses the power of CaHA (calcium hydroxyapatite) to deliver both “immediate volume” and “the ability to nourish the skin itself.”
At BIANCA CLINIC, we carefully examine the entire face and recommend injections designed to restore balance. Ladyesse is a formulation that can address a wide range of concerns, including lifting, contouring, and skin rejuvenation.
Since this is a service we’ve just introduced at our clinic, if you’re interested, please feel free to schedule a consultation to discuss it with us.
