The Deep Plane Facelift is an excellent surgical technique that can address mid-face sagging, an area where traditional facelifts have historically struggled. While it is a standard treatment in Europe and America, it remained largely overlooked in Japan for a long time. BIANCA CLINIC pioneered the introduction of the Deep Plane Facelift in Japan and has accumulated extensive surgical experience with this procedure.
Facelift surgery is one effective method for rejuvenating the jawline. However, it has the drawback that even if the jawline is lifted effectively, the midface must also be lifted to avoid an unnatural appearance. In this regard, the "Deep Plane Facelift" is a surgical technique that lifts not only the jawline but also the midface simultaneously. Its advantages include achieving a more natural lift than traditional facelift surgery and providing longer-lasting results. It is also particularly well-suited to the bone structure of Japanese individuals and the lifting of nasolabial folds. This makes it a procedure especially worth trying for Japanese patients.
Combined treatments that work well with the Deep Plane Facelift include the Hamra technique (for under-eye wrinkle removal) and the Temporal Lift. Particularly when the temples sag as a result of the facelift, performing a Temporal Lift to correct this will create a more natural, balanced facial appearance.
At BIANCA, we offer the “Deep Plane Facelift,” which includes lifting not only the mid-face but also the neck. Known as the "king of sagging treatments," the Deep Plane Facelift is ideal for those seeking maximum lifting and rejuvenation, or who want to experience the true effects of a facelift. We invite you to try it.
Preservation rhinoplasty is a nasal reconstruction technique that restores both aesthetic and functional aspects without compromising the nasal structure. I have performed rhinoplasty on numerous patients, including not only Japanese individuals but also those from China, South Korea, the United States, Africa, India, and beyond. I take pride in having performed preservation rhinoplasty on more patients than most Japanese surgeons.
The aquiline nose is a common nasal shape among Asians. Since the nose is a crucial feature that defines facial appearance, many individuals are concerned about it. In treating aquiline noses, we believe that achieving patient satisfaction requires not only reducing the prominence of the nasal bridge but also harmonizing the entire nose.
And "Preservation Rhinoplasty," which shapes the area from the glabella to the nasal bridge and tip, is an exceptionally well-suited surgical technique for addressing a hooked nose.
Preservation Rhinoplasty reconstructs the nose while preserving the patient's own tissue. Its major advantages include minimal downtime and long-lasting results.
This method of reshaping the nose without disrupting its structure allows us to safely achieve the desired nasal shape for our patients.
My specialty is creating a natural, sharply defined, beautiful nasal tip. If you're troubled by a hooked nose or wish to refine your nose, please feel free to consult with our clinic.
The "Temple Lift" is a treatment that involves making small incisions near the temples, either at the hairline or within the hair, to improve wrinkles and sagging around the eyes (such as the outer corners of the eyes, eyebrows, and cheeks).
As we age, sagging around the eyes becomes more noticeable. Particularly when the outer upper eyelid sags, it can hood over the eye like a hood, causing both functional and cosmetic issues. For sagging around the eyes, a brow lift is often performed to remove excess skin. However, if sagging persists even after a brow lift, a temple lift can be effective. By accessing the sagging facial fascia from the hairline at the temples, it is possible to improve eyelid drooping.
For rejuvenation treatments targeting the temples, hyaluronic acid injections to address volume loss are the mainstream approach. On the other hand, it seems relatively few people opt for treatments specifically targeting sagging. The "temple lift" offers the advantage of minimal scarring, as it is largely concealed by the hairline. If you desire a natural lift around the eyes, we highly recommend considering this option.

For treating facial sagging, I believe the "deep plane facelift"—which lifts the midface, jawline, and neck all together—remains the best approach. However, there are various other treatment options available to address facial sagging. For example: forehead lifts, brow lifts, temple lifts, midface lifts (including the Hamra technique), and platysmaplasty (commonly known as the "pelican surgery").
All surgical procedures I perform at BIANCA are carried out with meticulous care. From a variety of treatment options, including the "Deep Plane Facelift,""What is the best treatment for our patients?"We strive to offer options by considering what combinations would work best.
What I like is,Hyufa and BorneumaThese are device-based treatments aimed at improving sagging. We believe it's crucial for facial sagging care to address all layers, from the fascia to the epidermis. In that regard, HIFU and Voluma are ideal treatments because they can deliver heat over a broad area.
At BIANCA CLINIC, our doctors and nursing team collaborate to determine the optimal depth of heat application and vector direction for HIFU and Voluma treatments.Daily researchThe BIANCA Nurse Team has a deep understanding of facial internal structures, gained through assisting in surgeries like facelifts, which allows them to perform procedures with high quality.
If you're concerned about sagging skin, we highly recommend trying BIANCA CLINIC's device-based treatments. We believe you'll be very satisfied with the results.
I'm pretty lazy when it comes to skincare, so... the products developed by Dr. IwamaSkin AmureI'm completely dependent on them.
Among them, I particularly love the SA SERUM and the SA WASH carbonated foam cleanser. What I pay the most attention to is my skin's...Cleans away dirt while maintaining moistureI'm conscious of keeping my skin healthy.
Additionally, I occasionally undergo skin regeneration therapy using the "Vampire Facial." By injecting growth factors into the face, it works to cultivate the skin's foundation.
My hobbies are, devouring foreign research papersRecently, however, thanks to the proliferation and advancement of social media, it has become relatively easy to access information about the surgical techniques and “before and after” results of skilled practitioners overseas—information that was previously only available in academic papers. Opportunities to interact with overseas colleagues have also increased. While I strive to share knowledge, I am acutely aware every day that I need to improve my English conversation skills.
