My journey into aesthetic medicine stems from a desire to help enrich and beautify lives beyond simply treating illness. My specialties include hyaluronic acid, Botox, and thread lifts. I provide treatments that enhance each individual's unique qualities and bring out an elegant, natural beauty. For concerns around the eyes that are difficult to improve with dermatology alone, I also perform surgical procedures. By integrating dermatology and surgery, I holistically balance the entire face. With three periods of overseas study, I am also able to provide consultations in English.

Unique Initiatives at BIANCA CLINIC

Using the hyperdilution method
Offering Injection Treatments

At Bianca Clinic, Radiesse treatments are performed using two methods: the “hyper-diluted method” and injection of the undiluted solution. With the hyper-diluted method, the diluted formulation is injected broadly into the appropriate layer based on the treatment area and objective. For contouring and volume restoration using the undiluted solution, the injection layer is selected based on anatomical structure and the specific objective.

Ladyesse is a filler originally developed for volume restoration and contouring, and it was typically injected in its undiluted form. However, in recent years, the “hyper-dilution” method—in which the product is diluted before use—has also been adopted overseas.

At our clinic, we determine the appropriate dilution ratio for each area and condition, and then address a variety of skin concerns through our meticulous injection design and precise injection techniques. Leveraging Radiesse’s ability to support the production of collagen and elastin, we provide customized treatments designed to blend naturally with your skin.

CHARACTERISTICS

What Is Ladyesse?

Ladyesse is an injectable treatment whose main ingredient is CaHA (calcium hydroxyapatite). In addition to providing volume restoration and contouring, it is designed to promote skin rejuvenation. It is unique in that it not only acts as a filler to fill in wrinkles and depressions but also functions as a biostimulator* that supports the production of collagen and elastin.

It is believed that the mechanism of action of Ladyesse involves CaHA stimulating fibroblasts to support the production of components that make up the extracellular matrix (ECM), such as collagen and elastin. Another key feature is that, following treatment, changes in skin texture can be expected over time due to CaHA’s effect on collagen and elastin production. The extent and duration of these changes vary depending on the injection site, injection method, dosage, and individual differences.

*Biostimulator… A general term for formulations and treatments that support the production of collagen and other substances and help improve skin firmness and elasticity
*ECM…A general term for components—such as collagen and elastin—that support the structure of tissues by surrounding cells.

Achieve Firm, Supple Skin with the Hyper-Dilute Method

Bianca Clinic places particular emphasis on the “Hyper-Dilution Method,” which involves diluting Radiesse to the appropriate concentration before injection. By injecting the diluted Radiesse over a wide area, this method supports the production of collagen and elastin, aiming to create skin that appears firm, elastic, and toned.

The Hyper-Dilute Method is suitable not only for the face but also for body treatments, such as horizontal wrinkles on the neck and décolletage—areas where signs of aging are particularly noticeable—as well as the backs of the hands. It is characterized by its ability to promote the production of collagen and elastin within the skin, helping you achieve a natural, youthful appearance.

Injecting the undiluted solution can also add volume and enhance facial contours

Because Ladyesse possesses high viscoelasticity and shape retention, injecting it in its undiluted form allows for volume restoration and contouring.

For example,
・Fills deep wrinkles such as nasolabial folds and marionette lines
・Sculpt the jawline to achieve the ideal "E-line"
It is used in cases such as these.

Because Ladyesse has moderate elasticity, it possesses physical properties suitable for contouring and supports the production of collagen and elastin, aiming to improve skin firmness and elasticity. In addition to providing immediate volume correction upon injection, Ladyesse is also expected to stimulate collagen production due to the properties of CaHA.

Benefits

MERIT

Capable of addressing everything from skin texture improvement to facial contouring

By adjusting the dilution ratio, it can be used for a wide range of purposes, from improving skin texture by supporting the production of collagen and elastin to restoring volume and contouring the face.

An approach focused on the ECM, which forms the foundation of the skin

The main ingredient, CaHA, interacts with fibroblasts to regulate the ECM—the foundation that physically supports the skin’s firmness and elasticity—and nourishes the skin itself.

Injection designs can be tailored to specific body areas

In addition to the face, it can be used on other parts of the body, such as the neck, décolletage, and the backs of the hands, allowing for a customized injection design tailored to each area.

KEY FEATURES

Bringing about change through injection into the appropriate layers based on anatomy

At Bianca Clinic, we carefully evaluate the overall balance of the face from an anatomical perspective and propose an injection plan tailored to each individual patient. The key to a successful Ladyesse treatment is the technique of accurately injecting the product into the appropriate layer while taking into account the location of blood vessels and nerves.

With the hyperdilution method, the solution is injected into the superficial layers of the skin, whereas with the standard method using the undiluted solution, it is injected into the deeper layers. A physician with a thorough understanding of anatomy will determine the appropriate layer based on the treatment goal and perform the procedure with care.

CaHA's Approach to Skin Firmness and Elasticity

CaHA, the main ingredient in Ladyesse, acts as a biostimulator to help promote firm, elastic skin. By targeting fibroblasts, CaHA supports the production of collagen and elastin, which is expected to help rebuild the skin from the foundation up.

As a result, it is characterized by its ability to gradually improve skin thickness and texture over time, leading to a healthy and youthful-looking complexion. As a treatment that promotes skin firmness and elasticity, Ladyesse is considered one of the most suitable procedures for long-term anti-aging care.

It can be injected into a wide range of treatment areas, including the face and body

Ladyesse is a highly versatile formulation that can be used on a wide range of areas—from the face to the body—by adjusting the dilution ratio. It can be applied not only to areas of concern on the face but also to body areas where signs of aging are most noticeable, such as the neck, décolletage, and the backs of the hands.

At Bianca Clinic, we offer customized treatments tailored to your specific concerns for each area of the body. If you have any areas you’re curious about—such as, “I wonder if I can get a Ladyesse treatment here, too?”—please feel free to ask during your consultation or examination.

FOR YOUR CONCERN

Ladyesse FAQs

Q&A

Is there any pain or downtime during the procedure?

To minimize discomfort, we use either a needle or a microcannula with a rounded tip, depending on the injection site and the treatment’s purpose. If you’re concerned about pain, we can use anesthetic—please let us know. During the recovery period, you may experience mild swelling or redness, and in rare cases, bruising; however, these can be easily covered with makeup.

What is the hyperdilution method?

This method involves diluting Ladyesse with saline solution or a similar fluid and injecting it. Rather than simply adding volume, the primary goal is to improve skin quality by leveraging CaHA’s ability to stimulate collagen and elastin production. Treatments using diluted or highly diluted CaHA have also been reported overseas for use on the face, neck, and décolletage.

Are injections into areas such as the jaw and bridge of the nose also performed using the hyperdilution method?

When performing contouring procedures—such as shaping the jawline or the bridge of the nose—or filling wrinkles and depressions, such as nasolabial folds and the cheeks, it is standard practice to inject the undiluted solution. If the goal is to improve skin texture, the hyperdilution method is selected.

Can Ladyesse be injected into the lips or under the eyes?

No. Given the risk of lumps or unevenness, our clinic does not perform injections in areas with thin, delicate skin, such as the lips or under the eyes.

Can it be injected into the body as well as the face?

Yes, that is possible. At our clinic, we administer Radiesse to areas such as the neck, décolletage, and the backs of the hands. Please ask your doctor for more details.

What is the difference between hyaluronic acid injections and Radiesse?

Hyaluronic acid injections are fillers with a soft texture used for volume restoration and facial contouring. Radiesse, on the other hand, has a thick, slightly firmer texture and, in addition to volume restoration and facial contouring, is designed to promote firmer skin from within.

Is there a risk of developing a lump after the procedure?

To minimize the risk of lumps forming, it is important to determine the appropriate layer and volume of filler. At our clinic, we carefully assess the injection site, layer, and volume based on anatomical principles, and perform the procedure meticulously while taking into account risks such as lumps.

Is it possible for the injected area to turn into bone?

CaHA, the main ingredient in Ladyesse, is a component found in bone; however, this procedure is not intended to transform the injected product itself into normal bone. At our clinic, the procedure is performed by physicians with a thorough understanding of anatomy, who carry it out carefully and with the utmost attention to detail.

Can it show up on X-ray or CT scans?

Yes. CaHA, the main ingredient in Ladyesse, may appear white on X-ray or CT scans. Please inform your doctor or dentist of this in advance of any imaging tests.
