What Is Skin Care?
“Skin Nurturing” is a concept focused on improving the very foundation of the skin. At our clinic, we refer to injection treatments that deliver ingredients to improve the skin’s foundation deep within the skin, as well as device-based treatments that target the dermis, as “skin nurturing.” These treatments work on the inner layers of the skin—areas that are difficult to reach with regular skincare—and aim to improve hydration, firmness, texture, and elasticity. Since the methods and suitability vary by procedure, we select the appropriate treatment after assessing the condition of your skin during a consultation.
How to Choose a Set
The six plans are not ranked in order of effectiveness; rather, they are chosen based on your specific concerns and the treatment’s suitability. The Melasma Set targets the cells that produce pigment and the skin’s foundation; the Redness Set targets hemoglobin in blood vessels and the dermis; and the Pores & Acne Scars Set targets the tissue that pulls at indentations and deep, dot-like depressions—each using a different approach. The 200,000-yen Sagging Set combines radiofrequency with Botox Lift. The 300,000-yen Sagging Set further combines these with either BIANCA LIFT or Mini Threads. The Neck Skin Care Set targets both skin firmness and the sternocleidomastoid muscle. “Flat Rate” does not refer to a monthly subscription but rather to the set price charged per session.

Depending on the treatments included in your treatment plan, the symptoms that are likely to occur and the estimated time it takes for them to subside may vary. Recovery times vary from person to person. Redness after the procedure usually subsides within 1 to 2 days, though a sensation of warmth may persist for 3 to 4 days. There are risks of infection, hyperpigmentation, erythema, and folliculitis.

Redness, swelling, and a sensation of heat may occur, but these symptoms usually subside within a few hours to 3 days. Depending on the severity of the reaction, temporary pigmentation may occur.
Jouberc
Redness, swelling, edema, bruising, hives, and puffiness may occur, but these symptoms usually subside within a few hours to about two days.
Pull Real Densify
Swelling, bruising, and redness may occur for a few days after the procedure. If bruising or swelling does occur, it is expected to subside within about 1 to 2 weeks.
TrifilPro
Temporary swelling may occur, and redness and swelling are expected to subside within about 2 to 5 days. Bruising, pain, and discomfort may occur.

TCA Cross
After the procedure, a scab may form for about a week, and pigmentation may occur for about 1 to 3 months. Do not force the scab off; please do not touch it until it falls off naturally.

Frequently Asked Questions
Pain During Treatment and What to Do Afterward
You may feel a slight prick during the procedure. The level of pain varies from person to person, and anesthesia can be used if necessary. If anesthesia is required, an additional fee will apply.
With DDR and diamond tips, you can wash your face and apply makeup on the same day. With all other tips, you should use only cream on the day of the treatment; you can wash your face and apply makeup starting the next day.
After your treatment, please use sunscreen and take precautions against UV rays. If a scab forms, do not pick at it; wait for it to fall off naturally. Please refrain from taking long baths, drinking alcohol, and exercising on the day of your treatment.
Avoid friction and irritation, and do not touch the scab until it falls off naturally. Forcibly removing it increases the risk of hyperpigmentation. After the procedure, be sure to moisturize and protect your skin from UV rays.
What's the difference between treatments with similar names?
Manual subcision is a procedure in which a doctor uses a special needle to sever hard bands of tissue beneath the skin. Subcision shots using Tri-Fil Pro use carbon dioxide to sever these hard bands and deliver medication into the resulting space. Because the methods and treatment depths differ, a doctor will determine which option is more appropriate during a consultation.
Skin Botox is a procedure in which the Dermapen 4 is used to create microscopic holes in the superficial layers of the skin, followed by the application of a botulinum toxin solution. It is used to address concerns such as sebum secretion and enlarged pores, and is performed in a way that minimizes any significant impact on the movement of facial muscles. Botox Lift and Neck Botox involve injections into the platysma muscle, so they differ in their intended purpose and the layer into which the solution is injected.
The BIANCA LIFT is a procedure that involves inserting barbed threads into the tissue and physically lifting it. The Mini Thread treatment involves inserting ultra-fine, non-barbed threads into the shallow subcutaneous layer to promote firmness and tightening from within the skin.
