[Information on special rates and appointment regulations by certain physicians
Our clinic has different regulations for doctor appointments than the regular fee structure. Please be sure to check before making an appointment.
1. new appointment for Dr. Hotta
We only accept referrals from existing patients. (From January 1, 2026)
2) Dr. Iwama's fees for follow-up consultation and consultation
As a general rule, a re-consultation fee (33,000 yen) will be charged, but if any of the following applies on the same day (1) through (3), the fee will be waived.
(1) If you make a reservation or contract for the proposed treatment on the same day
∟If you cancel at a later date, you will be charged a re-consultation fee at your next visit.
(2) When you purchase more than 11,000 yen of skincare products
(iii) For treatment consultations at other hospitals or multiple consultations regarding treatment already contracted,
If there is no payment (treatment or products) of 33,000 yen or more on the same day, a consultation fee of 33,000 yen will be charged.
3. fees for a follow-up visit by Dr. Maeda
This fee will be charged for "consultation and counseling only".
4. counseling fee for Dr. Kida
Charged for "consultation only" regardless of whether it is an initial or follow-up visit (fee revised in January 2026)

This fee will be charged for "consultation and counseling only".
■Fees for Outpatient Care for Female Sexual Function
Initial visit: 22,000 yen / Re-examination: 11,000 yen
First time visitors will be charged 22,000 yen, and second and subsequent visitors will be charged 11,000 yen.
If a procedure or medication is prescribed during the consultation, an additional fee will be charged.
If it has been more than 6 months since your last visit, you will be charged again for the initial visit.
・If treatment is interrupted and resumed after a period of six months or longer, the initial consultation fee will still apply.
