Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Reservation changes and cancellations are possible up to 48 hours prior to the reservation date.
【A change or cancellation fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) will apply after 48 hours.】
For changes or cancellations made on the day of or the day before your appointment, we cannot process them online. Please contact the clinic directly.
※Please note that we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations even if you contact us via the confirmation email sent upon reservation confirmation.
【How to Change or Cancel a Direct Booking or LINE Booking】
(※Direct booking refers to appointments made directly at the clinic reception desk or by phone.)

② Tap "Access each menu here".
③Tap the reservation screen, open the three horizontal lines displayed in the upper left corner, and tap the reservation list.
④ Tap "View Details" for the reservation you wish to change or cancel.
⑤ Tap the corresponding option—《Change Reservation》 or 《Cancel Reservation》—displayed in the reservation date and time field.
⑥ If you select "Change Appointment," please choose whether it's an initial or follow-up visit, select your treatment menu, specify your preferred physician, and select your date and time to confirm your appointment.
⑦ If you select "Cancel Reservation," please choose "No/Yes" at the bottom right of the cancellation screen.
⑧After making changes or cancellations, please check again in your reservation list to ensure the reservation details are correct.
※ "Direct Bookings" can only be canceled via My Page.If you need to make changes, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.
How to Change or Cancel a Reservation Made Online
① From BIANCA's website, the online reservation screen (https://biancaclinic.jp/contact/Please open the [item].
② Tap the three horizontal lines displayed in the upper left corner, then tap "Reservation List."
③ You will be directed to the login screen. Please enter the email address and password you used when making your reservation and log in.
④ Once the reservation list appears, tap "View Details" for the reservation you wish to modify or cancel.
⑤ Tap the corresponding option in the "Reservation Date/Time" section: 《Change Reservation》 or 《Cancel Reservation》.
⑥ If you select "Change Appointment," please choose whether it's an initial or follow-up visit, select your treatment menu, specify your preferred physician, and select your date and time to confirm your appointment.
⑦ If you select "Cancel Reservation," please choose "No/Yes" at the bottom right of the cancellation screen.
⑧After making changes or cancellations, please check again in your reservation list to ensure the reservation details are correct.
【How to Cancel by Phone】
① You may also leave a message on our voicemail system stating the details you wish to cancel by following the instructions provided on our navigation dial.
※If you need to make changes, please speak directly with an operator, as we cannot handle such requests via voicemail.
